IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY SCHOOL LIBRARY BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB

Our school library would like to invite your participation in our Birthday Book Club.  This is an optional program that helps us increase the number of titles in our library while honoring your child during the month of his/her birthday or half-birthday.  Here’s how it works:  The child’s family makes a $7.00 donation to the library and submits it to the school office with the form below.  The librarian purchases a book appropriate to the interest and grade level of the student.  During the month of the student’s birthday or half-birthday, the birthday boy or girl becomes the first student to check out the new book.  In the front of the new book, a donor nameplate is placed bearing the name of the birthday person.  Upon return of the book to the library, many others will have the opportunity to check out and enjoy the new reading material.

If you wish to participate in the Birthday Book Club, please complete the form below and submit it to the school office with the $7.00 donation.
