oils near the tabernacle)

*8.  Dust chairs (and chair rungs) on the altar

*9.   Dust interior of the confessionals

*10. Wipe down counter in the usher’s room

*11. Dust all tables & benches in the narthex

12.  Change altar cloth (if there

is another one  available -found

in the closet in the sacristy on

the right hand side just before

entering the altar)

13. Clean clear glass windows

between the narthex and the

church

14.  Dust the votive display

15.  Anything else you care to

clean

* Represent areas we would like to be sure to do each week

We do not clean the choir area or the bathrooms.

The purpose of this group is to help keep the Sanctuary and Sacristy clean.

While our maintenance staff does the floors they do not dust on a regular basis.As a result, dust accumulates on all surfaces: the Tabernacle, the Altar of Repose, the “eye” in the main Altar, etc. Also the counters in the Sacristy need dusting.  If you see more that needs to be done and have the time and energy, God bless you!
